How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Germany takes 2-4 business days. EU shipping takes 5-7 business days. International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50 within Germany and €75 within the EU.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Look for products marked "For Sensitive Skin" or check the skin type recommendations on each product page.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all BP Derma products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and never will.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 24-36 months unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6-12 months. Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on each product.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team.

How do I return a product?

Contact our customer service at info@bpderma.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
